Grace E. Lilly

Associate Attorney

Grace E. Lilly is an Associate Attorney at The Law Office of Angela N. Manz, where she brings both heart and diligence to her work in estate planning and elder law. Grace is passionate about walking alongside families during some of life’s most important and sensitive decisions, and she takes pride in offering clients clear guidance and genuine care.

Grace earned her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in 2026. While at Regent, she was honored as a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship, served as a Fellow for the Center for Professional Formation, and had the privilege of serving as President of the Women’s Law Association for the 2025-26 term. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Law and Policy, Pre-Law, from Liberty University in 2021, graduating Summa Cum Laude and earning Dean’s List honors every semester, along with the Flames Scholarship.

Before joining the firm, Grace built a strong foundation across litigation and transactional work, drafting everything from business formation documents and pleadings to estate planning documents and court filings. She has also spent meaningful time in paralegal roles supporting personal injury and estate planning clients, where she learned firsthand how much a thoughtful, attentive approach can mean to someone navigating a difficult season.
